Shipping costs & free shipping
We offer free shipping from €30 in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For all other orders we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
To Germany we charge shipping costs of €5.95 and free shipping from €50
To France the shipping costs are always €9.95
Delivery time
Orders placed before 11:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) will be delivered in the Netherlands the next working day. For deliveries to Belgium, the delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. You will always receive the track and trace in the confirmation email.
For Germany and other countries, the delivery time will be longer. On average between 3 and 5 business days.
Return within 30 days
Our products can only be returned in new and unused condition.

Received damaged product
